A panoramic tour with a view of the Dolomites
You start from Tramin to Neumarkt and from here always along the bike path to Bolzano. You have to cross almost the whole city but don’t worry, always stay on the bike path. Now you have arrived at the valley station of the Kohlerer cable car. With the guest card and a few euros for your bike ticket you get 850 meters of altitude for free. Of course, you can also pedal up the 8 km.
Once at the top, you continue along the European long-distance hiking trail E 5 via the Wölflhof to Deutschnofen and the Laabalm to Neuhütt.
Now we have reached the highest point of the tour. The descent is about to begin, partly on gravel roads but also a lot on trails that are not always easy. Especially the passages after the sports field of Aldein are demanding.
