Your tour takes you through vineyards and orchards to Lake Kaltern and along its shore to the Montiggler forest. Over trails and forest paths you pedal into the Montiggl forest until you reach the mystical Lakes. It’s the perfect pit stop for a small refreshment and a refreshing bath. Afterwards you cycle to St. Michael and take the bike path to the wine village of Kaltern. Through the picturesque alleys, past the market square, you will take the Barleitweg towards Lake Kaltern. Mediterranean flair accompanies you along the way. In St. Josef it is worthwhile to stop at the Dominikus Winery. Super wines in an underground cellar are waiting for you. You will return to Tramin via the field paths.
