GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By completing the booking process you confirm that you have read and understood the terms and conditions below, and that you accept them and acknowledge their full legal validity.

Prices

Please note that on 01.01.2014 the local tax came into force, which is NOT included in the prices shown.

The amount of the local tax depends on the trade and category of the business as well as on the municipal regulations. The local tax must be paid directly on site.

Our double rooms can also be booked for single use. There is a surcharge of € 29,- per night.

Every 3rd adult in a double room gets 30% discount.

If you book with bed and breakfast, € 20,- per person and day will be deducted from the half-board price.

Sketches of the room

The sketches of the rooms may vary depending on the room.

Terms of payment

Booking by credit card: Your credit card will only be used to charge your deposit or the price of your stay and your credit card details will not be stored or passed on for any other purpose.

Booking with deposit: When booking you may receive a request to transfer a fishing rod. This is to be transferred within 10 days to the following account:

The remaining amount will be settled on site at the hotel.

Cancellation

Up to 30 days before arrival the booking can be cancelled free of charge. Between 30 days and 14 days will be charged 30% of the total amount.
Cancellation within 13 days before arrival will be charged 90% of the total amount booked.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% on the booked unused days will be charged.

Others

These general terms and conditions and the provision of our services are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with Italian law. For all disputes arising from or in connection with these general terms and conditions and the provision of our services, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bolzano (Italy).

If one of the provisions of this contract is or becomes invalid, this shall not affect all other provisions applicable to the contracting parties.
